About this course
From the exercises you prescribe, to the feedback and body language you use, all can have a significant impact on how your athletes learn and subsequently perform.
In this course, Coach Lindsey Parry from the University of Pretoria, South Africa will explore the principles that underpin his coaching philosophy, discuss how an athlete acquires new skills and finally, offer some guidance on the things you can do to enhance the support you offer your athletes.
